Prints, posters and paintings designed by polish tattoo artists - what is it?

By “prints” we are referring to all works (posters, paintings or digital prints) made by tattoo artists that were created for interior decoration. They may correspond with well known tattoo styles, but it is not a general rule. Each artist specializes in a different art field, so the “prints” can be made using different techniques. Remember – whon you purchase through our platform, you support polish tattoo artists.

Is it possible to order customized artworks?

We have a category of personalized artworks, signed by the authors themselves. Unfortunately we do not redesign prints, posters or paitings, so ypu cannot order them in custom sizes or custom themes. We only sell the products featured on our website.

Can I pay after I receive the invoice?

Unfortunately we cannot offer this method of payment.

Can I pay via PayPal?

Yes, you can pay via PayPal.


I have typed incorrect data, now what?

If you made a mistake in typing yoir data, please contact with our Customer Support as soon as possible so the information can be updated before your order leaves our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for any additional costs that may occur after.

Can I order as a company?

To place an order as a company, simply contact our Customer Support.

Can I make any changes to my order after payment?

If you would like to make some changes after payment, please check the status of your shipment first and then contact Customer Support immediately. We may be able to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Once you have cancelled your order, you can return to the store and place a new order by adding other items to your cart. This way you will avoid charging twice.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please check the status of your shipment first and then contact Customer Support immediately. We can only cancel your order only when it is still in our warehouse. If you placed your order at the weekend or after business hours, please send us an e-mail.

How do I track my order?

After your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. If you have not received any message, please check out “spam” folder or contact the delivery company.

I'm not sure if my order has been placed.

If you have placed an order but have not yet received a confirmation yet, you may have entered incorrect contact information. Please check that you have entered the correct e-mail address and/or contact us immediately.

I did not receive any order confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you gave us when you placed your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Can you ship packages outside Poland?

Yes, it is possible. Specify your country when placing an order.

How much does shipping cost?

20 PLN if the overall value of your order is less than 199 PLN. For packages outside Poland additional charges may occured.

How long does the delivery take?

Shipments are delivered within 3-7 business days counted from the date of order. For foreign orders delivery time may be a little longer. We do our best to ship your items the day after you place your order. In case of any delays, due to our warehouse overloading, we will contact you.

Is my package delivered?

The delivery company should bring the package directly to your home, contact you via phone or by leaving a notification.

What are the shipping methods?

We choose methods based on the size of your order, using a variety of delivery companies.

I can't pick up my packages and/or I didn't pick them up on time - what now?

If the items return to our warehouse we will charge a service fee of 150 PLN. This covers the cost of shipping and an additional fee for returning it to our warehouse.

Returns & complaints

How do I return an order?

If you want to return your entire order or just one of the products, please send us a message through the contact form. The return costs are always paid by the client. After submitting your request, you will receive an e-mail with shipping address on which you should send the products. The package should be protected well. Remember to save the tracking number of your package.

What is the withdrawal period?

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of:
the date of receiving all the ordered items
the date of delivery to the pic-up point.
If you cancel your service under the given time limits, we will refund you for the purchased goods, but no later than:
(a) within 14 days of receiving the items or
(b) (if earlier) within 14 days of the date you send us evidence of the return
(c) if the products have not been delivered, within 14 days from the day on which we are notified of your decision to cancel.
We reserve the right to not give you full refund if the products have been damaged due to the custumer’s fault.

How do I exchange an item?

We process such an order as a normal return.

The product is damaged, do I have to return it?

You do not have to return a damaged product. For more information on how to report damage, please contact us via the contact form.

I have received the wrong item - what should I do now?

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please send us an e-mail with the following details:
– The e-mail address given during your purchase
– Order number
– Your first and last name
– Item number
– Item photo
– Photo of the package (if possible)

How do I get a refund?

We will refund you using the same method you used before during purchase and will not charge you any additional fees. If you made a purchase under a special offer or with a discount code, your order value will be recalculated again. If it no longer matches the terms of use of the offer, the discount will be cancelled from your refund. We may delay the refund operation until we receive the goods and/or shipping evidence.

When can I expect my refund?
